PMP Exam Preparation Training

This intensive programme prepares experienced project professionals for the current PMP examination through a structured review of the knowledge, judgement, and scenario-based decision making expected of modern project leaders. The learning journey addresses predictive, agile, and hybrid ways of working and reflects the current examination emphasis on People, Process, and Business Environment, including stronger attention to value, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, and the practical use of AI in project contexts.

Delegates work through realistic project scenarios, exam-style questions, decision frameworks, and timed practice activities. The course is designed to strengthen both conceptual understanding and the ability to select the best response under examination conditions.

  • Gain a sharper working understanding of project management and delivery control and where it affects performance, risk, or service quality.
  • Practise the subject through realistic cases, focused discussion, and practical tools.
  • Improve confidence in decisions, communication, and implementation around the topic.
  • Leave with practical actions that can be adapted for teams, departments, projects, or client-facing work.
  • Explain the current PMP examination structure and domain expectations.
  • Apply predictive, agile, and hybrid project-management principles to situational questions.
  • Evaluate project scenarios using leadership, governance, value, risk, and stakeholder perspectives.
  • Improve accuracy and speed when answering complex exam-style questions.
  • Identify personal knowledge gaps and build a focused final-study plan.
  • Strengthen practical project leadership capability beyond examination preparation.
  • Project managers and senior project professionals preparing for the PMP examination.
  • PMO managers and project governance professionals.
  • Programme and portfolio professionals.
  • Engineers, consultants, transformation managers, and functional leaders with project leadership responsibilities.

Instructor-led domain review, guided discussion, scenario analysis, short concept drills, exam-style practice questions, timed exercises, peer discussion, knowledge checks, and a structured final study plan. All practice content is independ.

• Current PMP examination structure and preparation strategy. • People Domain: leadership, team performance, conflict, stakeholder engagement, coaching, and collaboration. • Process Domain: planning, delivery, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, procurement, governance, change, and measurement. • Business Environment Domain: compliance, organisational change, benefits, value, sustainability, and strategic alignment. • Predictive, agile, and hybrid delivery approaches. • AI and emerging technology considerations in project environments. • Scenario interpretation and elimination of distractors. • Timed practice and mock-exam techniques. • Individual gap analysis and post-course study plan.
